Basic Training
A "Beginners Boot Camp" program which offers low impact, total body group exercise. Ideal for those new to exercise or for older, active adults who are returning to exercise after a layoff or injury.
Boot Camp, 2x's per Week Membership
Allows the member to attend 2 sessions per week, generally at the same location, for a maximum of 8 sessions per month.
Boot Camp, 3x's per Week Membership
Allows the member to attend 3 sessions per week, for a maximum of 12 sessions per month.
Boot Camp, Challenge & Unlimited Membership
An UNLIMITED Membership allows you to attend 4 or more sessions per week, at any location.

A special 8-Week Challenge rate is offered for NEW campers only, at certain times of the year.
D.I.Y. Boot Camp
A Do-It-Yourself version of Sarasota Boot Camp! Receive a new program once a week via email for you to repeat 2-3 times, working out in the comfort of your own home using JD's proven workout system.
Drop In Sessions
Pay as you go rate; though you may purchase up to 4 sessions at once.
Available by invitation only, for a limited time.
Metabolic Typing
An personalized nutrition system based on specific genetic, cultural, and biochemical factors.
Personal Training
One on one training. I will design a program to reach your specific goals. Available at your home or community/ club fitness center.
Senior Fit Camp
A low impact, total body exercise program especially designed for Seniors (60+ yrs. old) who are new to exercise, or need to restart exercise after a long layoff or injury.
